We are a home based studio, based in East London ( E5). The nearest train stations to us are Hackney dawns and Hackney Central and nearest bus station is Clapton pond.
A non – refundable deposit of £20 will be charged when booking an appointment. This is to secure your appointment date & time. Once you’ve paid this you have agreed to all our T&Cs. In an unlikely occasion where we have cancelled your appointment due a fault of ours this deposit will be refunded . However if your appointment cancelled due to you going against our T&Cs it will not be refunded. Remaining balance must be paid in CASH ONLY.

We understand sometimes things happen which you may no longer be able to make your appointment. In this case please let us know as soon as possible, we may be able to reschedule you depending on our availability.

However if you do not show up you will be charged 50% of the service.
We have a 15 minute grace period, From 20 it’s a £10 late fee charge. After 25 minutes your appointment will be cancelled. You can reschedule depending on our availability.

– Just 1 plus ones as our space is small. – We do accept kids as long as the kid would not interrupt our appointment or the kid can come with a plus 1 who will look after them. However we cannot accept more than 2 kids x For ombré brows no plus one is allowed due to the space of our microblading bed.
